Each padlock is disassembled, handled and inspected individually by qualified personnel (master locksmith). Then, each key (cutting) code is inserted into a computerized register to check if there is redundancy and constitutes your written guarantee of a unique key with all additional information (engravings, owner, sector, etc.). In this process, we have even added a selection criteria specific to Padlock Experts which removes any key likely to unlock another padlock due to wear or force even if the key code is different!
We also have restricted key and prohibited reproduction locks which will limit the dangers of making duplicates of keys outside the company without your consent. Even if they suggest it, no manufacturer or supplier offers such a service. For us, ensuring the safety of workers is not a game, but a priority! This is why, at Padlock Experts, there are no duplicates.
